For example, we have positive emotions towards everything connected with the latest technology, then automatically, which we think are the things associated with cutting-edge technology, we are going to read and find information to improve our knowledge in the field of cutting-edge technology. So, to be successful, we need to foster a constructive emotion (among others: enthusiasm, confidence, hope, never give up) and controlling destructive emotions (among others: the negative emotions that drive us to quickly discouraged, disappointed, do not believe themselves, quick-tempered).
Have sincerity in doing anything that is entrusted to us, also can foster positive emotions. People who are sincere, generally more comfortable, rarely disappointed, and more passionate in doing his job, so he can do the job better.
Control of the mind. SELF CONTROL STRATEGY

Self-Discipline. This is the first strategy that we need to apply. If we are able to discipline ourselves to control emotions, thoughts and physical, then naturally our ability to achieve success also become better. For example, it is easier to control others to provide support for us; we will also be able to control the changes that are happening around us in order to support our success, we are also able to control the problems around us, to transform the problem into a chance of success, and we can be better in a set time (not that we are becoming slaves time) to work smarter. The principle is that we should be able to learn to lead yourself, within set time, set goals and foster a commitment to achieve that goal.
Self Motivation. People who care will show better performance in everything he was doing (Austin, 2000).
People who care about this will work in earnest because he cares about the end result will be achieved. Concern arises because of the encouragement of the (internal motivation) or encouragement from the outside (external motivation).
Encouragement or motivation from within themselves appear as a dream or a strong desire to succeed. The achievement of this dream will make us shed tears of joy. Motivation from outside could also come from an event (failure, victory, or sadness). Self-Confident. If we do not believe that we are able to achieve success, how can we convince others to support our success.
